Australia currently accepts travellers from anywhere in the world.  

People leaving Australia will not be asked to provide evidence of their vaccination status and unvaccinated visa holders do not​ need a travel exemption to travel to Australia.

Brunei Darussalam currently accepts all travellers from anywhere in the world with no requirements of proof of being fully vaccinated, pre- and post-arrival COVID-19 test, or quarantine. However, all foreign travellers entering Brunei Darussalam for a short visit are required to show proof of travel medical insurance with COVID-19 coverage, with a minimum cover of BND2,000.

All travellers no longer have to submit their public health information through ArriveCAN, and are no longer required to wear masks on conveyances, including airplanes, airport arrival areas and trains. While not required, all travelers are strongly recommended to wear high quality and well-fitted masks during their journeys.

Hong Kong, China welcomes travellers from all economies. A pre-departure test is required for travellers arriving from Chinese Taipei and overseas places. 

 

The post-arrival quarantine and testing requirements for all inbound travellers, as well as isolation requirements for confirmed cases, have been lifted.

New Zealand currently accepts all travellers from anywhere in the world with no requirements of proof of being fully vaccinated, pre-arrival COVID-19 test, or quarantine. However, COVID-19 self-tests after arrival are encouraged. Completion of New Zealand Traveller Declaration prior to travelling to New Zealand is no longer required. Peru currently accepts all travellers from anywhere in the world. Some COVID-19 related measures are still in place. These include requirements of a valid proof of being fully vaccinated for fully vaccinated travellers and a pre-arrival COVID-19 test for non-fully vaccinated travellers, random COVID-19 tests upon arrival and isolation of those with positive test results or obvious signs and symptoms, among others.

The Philippines accepts all vaccinated travelers. The traveller must have received the 2nd dose in a 2-dose series or a single dose COVID-19 vaccine more than fourteen (14) days prior to the date and time of departure from the economy of origin/port of embarkation.

For partially or unvaccinated travellers, a proof of a negative COVID-19 test is required.

Some COVID-19 measures are still in place including self-monitoring for those with COVID-19 signs or symptoms.

Russia currently accepts travellers from all economies. All COVID-19 sanitary requirements for arriving tourists have been revoked. Negative coronavirus PCR test result or vaccination certificate are no longer required. Prior to arriving in the Russian Federation, foreign nationals and stateless persons are to fill in the questionnaire for those arriving in the Russian Federation to ensure quarantine control at entry points on the state border of the Russian Federation. Random PCR-testing at entry points on the Russian state border may be applied.

Chinese Taipei currently accepts all travelers from anywhere in the world. Some COVID-19 related measures are still in place. These include a seven-day period of self-initiated prevention for inbound passengers and other related COVID-19 preventive measures.

Thailand currently accepts all travellers from anywhere in the world with no requirements of proof of being fully vaccinated, pre-arrival COVID-19 test, or quarantine. However, travellers from some economies which requires travellers arriving back from Thailand to have a negative COVID-19 test results will be randomly requested to show proof of medical insurance for COVID-19 treatment which covers their duration of stay in Thailand plus 7 additional days.
